Crack open a juciy walrus in heaven and this is what you'd see: smooth, delicious, creamy and full of meat pasta that will keep you satiated for a week.
Just the right amount of starch with plenty of rosemary and garlic, making you wish you had a carb-based metabolism.
Fried cauliflower topped with garlic and lemon juice. If your feeder insists on vegetables, might as well make them tasty.
Food is very important to us bears. Coming over to the United States, we discovered that there are few around like us, and the food here is generally terrible. Therefore we started a cafe of our own, where we can cook the dishes we actually like eating.
We also serve arctic foxes. They sometimes get to eat for free, like those times that our Sous Chef throws in extra caviar and doesn't charge. Fortunately foxes are small and eat much less than bears, so he can get away with it.
Dine at White Bear Cafe and you'll experience the miracles that our Executive Chef Whoop can create with the freshest ingredients available. Trained by Chef Knut, Whoop has had years of practice delivering rich, fat-based dishes that are sure to remind you of a good, cold night out on the ice pack.
The team at White Bear Cafe would also like to welcome the newest addition to our family, Sous Chef Flocke. Aside from his affection towards foxes which can sometimes make a dent in our finances, Chef Flocke's generosity is topped only by his skill in transforming even the most basic vegetables into flavor that will melt in your mouth faster than a discovered whale carcass.
